Listen, I wanted a boy every time I got pregnant. I ended up with three daughters. They are all 3 years apart. The oldest one is 28, the middle one is 25 and the youngest one is 22. After having the third daughter I knew I didn't want any more children.
I have since realized that God knew what he was doing in giving me 3 girls and no boys. I am raising a grandson and a granddaughter now. I have had both since birth. Sometimes I think if I had a son I would have killed him. This little guy puts me through heck and the only reason he gets to live is because I have more patience with grandchildren.lol
Take what you have and run with it. It won't be easy raising 3 girls, I know, but they are worth it. One important rule that I made as soon as they were old enough to date was that one of the girls could not date anyone that someone else in the house had already dated. It actually happened once when 2 were in high school and what a mess that was.
As they get older it will seem as if you are living in a sorority house but enjoy it.
You know they say " a son is a son until he takes a wife but a daughter is a daughter is a daughter all her life" and I have found that to be very true. All 3 of my girls live within 10 miles of my house.

I have 4 boys ages 22, 18, 16 and 9. I only wanted one boy and one girl but I would't trade my boys for anything of course. I am sure girls are much different than boys however each boy has brought difference into the house as well. No two children are alike in any way.
Until my third one I had always hoped to have a girl. Then I just kinda settled to the idea that I wouldn't have a daughter.
I was done having kids until I found out I was pregnant. Now I will get to find out what it is like to raise a daughter. Fortunately I don't have a house full of boys any more. The two oldest have flow the coup and the 16 yo lives with his dad. My 9 yo is still at home and he is looking forward to having a little sister although he would rather have a sibling his age to play with.
In 6 weeks (or less) my world will change forever. From what I have seen girls are way more difficult than boys and I'm not looking forward to the day she wants to wear the clothes that some girls are wearing these days. I just know she is going to hate me. I hope not. I'd rather deal with the boys wanting to sag their pants down past their underwear than deal with the so called clothes girls wear today that hardly leave anything to the imagination.
She has already been more of a challenge than my boys. This has been the most difficult pregnancy I have had. However, that could be because I am much older now.

I had the opposite, I've had 7 boys. I kept trying for at least one girl and the last pregnancy I got TWO boys. I admit, I was kind of disappointed because I so wanted a girl, but ya know, I figure there had to be some unknown reason (at least to me) that I didn't have one. I love my boys with all my heart and I can't imagine my life being any different.
Oh, and I gave up ANY hope of having a girl after I had the twins (lol).

My grandparents had 3 girls and all they wanted was one boy. I'm going to have my 3rd boy and all I wanted was one girl. No matter what sex your kids are you'll love them. I went through a rough patch when I found out this one was another boy. I felt so guilty afterward, then my grandmother called and said she did the same thing with her last daughter. She also said that even though she wasn't a "he" she never loved her any less, and never treated her differently than the other two girls.
I think what you need to ask yourself is, do you really want to care for 5 children? Regardless of what sex they are that's a lot of work! You're a far braver woman than I. I'm done after this one. lol
Another thing that was brought up to me yesterday by my best friend (who thinks she might be having a boy) is that with boys you only have to worry about one penis, with girls you have to worry about every single penis out there. That made me laugh, and I suppose it might be partly true. If I teach my boys that sex isn't a game and to protect themselves at an early age. Then maybe I won't be a grandma at 35. LOL

I have a house full of girls and since that is all I know then we are all very happy and not wasting time wishing for boys or anything else. Boys are great but girls are too! Research shows that after two of the same sex the chance for the next child to be of the same sex is almost 70%.

I want personally 2 or three boys then a girl so the boys will protect there sister. But just remeber the grass is not always greener on the other side boys are messie and tend to break things.Have you cosidered adopting thats the only real way to guarntee a boy and there are plenty of children that need your love and are male there. Also be happy with what you got!

Of course you would be happy. You would be happy no matter if they were boys or girls. I have two friends with families of one sex. One friend has three boys and they are a wonderful family and have great fun together. The other friend has four girls. All young ladies now, very close together in age, and they are great friends and go dancing etc together with their collective friends...again, great fun. Try not to think of your family in the way you are doing. It would make no difference if you had more girls, or had boys or just have the beautiful little girls who are already here.

just remember (you are a girl after all) Girls are way more expensive than boys. boys like jeans and a shirt, girls have to have 100 different kinds of clothes and shoes and don't forget accessories. buy a boy a truck and he's happy for days and days and days, girls need dolls then you have to buy clothes for the dolls and shoes for the dolls and a doll house and barbie cars and boats and boyfriends (Ken dolls) and clothes for the ken dolls too. Anyway have 100 kids if you want, boys and girls. I love children. I just never had the chance to have any of my own.

Yes, House full of girls...is the best you can get... Yes you will sure be happy... Don't think about making things even...or who knows..you may end up in two more girls...yes? So what ever there is. its good...Yes, with three girls in the house..maintain the desipline between those girls.and parents...and...also...teach them...every basic of the life...frankly..because some times parents don't do so..with their childrens and finally end up in trouble...
AS OF GIRLS
They are so cute then boys...and if both of you have the good relationship...of mom and daughter..then you are on your way to $1000,000 Happiness..lottery..
To maintain the desipline..be nice to them when you should be and ...be strict when you really NEED to be...

I grew up with 3 younger brothers. I really want 3 girls and then a boy. My brothers were always fighting and I do not want that in my house. I will be happy with whichever I am given.
