It's a circular column in a double volumn space. No way to pour it in one time (8m height). Is't necessary to stop first pour in the middle, or where?

Whether reinforced or not, it makes little difference. What ever is convenient.

Except you must allow proper curing of the first pour, as it will bear the weight of the second pour, unless you don't remove the forms until all curing is complete.

No matter what, the cold joint will be difficult ot hide.

You don't provide enough information. I assume that your concrete mix is loose enough to place more than 4m of height at one time? If not, you must choose the middle. If this column is part of a frame, I would normally try to locate the joint at a point of lowest combined bending and shear stress, within the limits of my concrete mix. Of course, if your joint is properly prepared and the column reinforcing adequately designed it really doesn't matter.

Yes, it is necessary to stop just past the middle and then put some iron rods in there to strengthen the pillar. Grind the connection down to a smooth surface afterwards and no one will see the two sections.
