hi! there is no quick way of losing to weight! i am sorry but thats the truth! i am a med student i have seen many patients with this problem! U r not alone! U can do it the fast way, but eventually that will only cause u to gain more weight! The best way to lose weight is to excersize!! Go to the gym a couple of times a week or like an hour every day!! Cut down on the amount u eat! but dont stop eating, u will get sick!!! and u will gain 2 times the amount u lost! i wanted to lose wait, do u wannna know what i do! i stopped drinking cola and juices etc and stared drinking water instead! make sure u drink 2 glasses of milk though(calcium for ur bones), do u know the amount of calories there are in softdrinks, its like 40 per 100ml! So begin with that and that will be a start! another thing is to stick to ur 3 meals a day and remember that breakfast is the most important meal in the day!! Dont have a fatty breakfast, but a healthy one with sandwitshes and a fresh glass of orange juice(vitamines!!). Dont anything a short time before u go to bed, u wont burn the calories and it will go straight onto ur hips :)! Stop eating emotienal! if ur depressed go for a walk(happy hormones will be released when u excersize!!) i do that!! Set a goal to lose a certain amount of weight in a certain time! Dont set ur goal to high because u wont reach it and u will only get more depressed and give up!! Eat apples, banana etc.. they dont have a lot of callories and u still will have eaten someting! And chuwing gums help me, because i used to always want someting to chew on so i would eat something now i chew chuwing gum instead!!
Last peace of advice!! Get someone to help u with this, u wont be able to do it on ur own, tell ur parents so ur mam can help u and make sure she doesn't get the temptations in the house! I dont buy any cookies, because what i dont have i can eat so when i am hungrey instead of eating a cooky i eat an apple:)

I wish u all the luck in the world and hope it works out for u! Ur still quite young so i think with a bit of help u can get the weight off if u want!! well good luck!!!

You prob. need to cut your calorie intake by 15oo. So 500 a day. The average person needs 2000. This is the first step. Also if you can start by walking or something small for 15 -30 min a day it will help burn off the fat. No more soda, juice or anything like that. Drink 10 glasses of water a day to get rid of the junk in your body and fat deposits you have. It's time to have self control and determination. Put up pictures of people you admire on the fridge and where you work out to keep you motivated. Don't get me wrong, we all have our own bodies and can never be just like others, but use the pictures as motivation to keep on going. Take a daily vitamin. Do this the right way and healthy way so you develope good habits for the rest of your life. Good Luck!

Start out slowly. You should begin by altering your diet to accompany your needs in a healthy way. Drink lots of water. With exercising and healthy eating habits you can reach your goal, but you must do it slowly or you could possibly shock your body and achieve nothing but more frustration. Begin your exercising by walking as much as you can, reaching up to 30 minutes a day, and more once you are extremely comfortable with 30 minutes. Cut back all the unhealthy things you eat. For instance, if you eat potato chips in the afternoon, replace it with some fresh fruit.. something like oranges and kiwi. If you eat fries for dinner, replace that with some cooked vegetables or fresh vegetables. It's the small steps that you take now that will give you your ultimate result. You will be able to increase your exercise and endurance once you get comfortable with your routine. Also, keep a positive attitude and you can accomplish anything you desire. Lowering your weight will definately lower your risk of many diseases, especially diabetes.
I wish you the best and the utmost health.

Let me warn you to not take dietary supplements. They will only do you harm and keep you on a life of diets. Do it right the first time and you will forever live happily with a steady weight that you're satisfied with. Also, one other thing to watch out is limiting your caloric intake. You probably should talk with your doctor about a healthy caloric intake for your personal diet. Everyone is different and cutting your calories dramatically can make you weak and unstable. I do not know the caloric intake you have right now, but if it's 4000 a day, cut down gradually. Do not jump into a 1200 calorie a day diet. You could do harm to your body since it is used to so much a day. You must train your body, and be careful with it along the way. Just be sure to eat healthy foods to account for your calories.

Well, it really depends if you're obese due to eating or obese due to genetics.

You dont want the quickest way but you want the healthiest way.

There are a couple things you can do; diet, sleep, excercise.

Diet - Cut out junk food, snack food, fast food and going out. Not only are they fatty but its just not economical to buy them.

Breakfast should consists of cereal, fruits, dairy and not excessive eggs and bacon/sausage. Eat only to 70% full.

lunch - Again, no fast foods and something that is healthy like a salad, sandwich or fruit or yogurt. 70% full.

Have some snack if you want between lunch and dinner but it should be about the size of your fist.

Dinner, again, have 1/2 grain, 1/4 veges and 1/4 meat + dairy. You shouldnt eat more than 3 hrs before you sleep. Again, dont gouge yourself with food...70%

Excercise - I'd spend 1/2 hr walking or running everyday or so just to get your metabolism up. Its good for the heart too. After a while, you may want to do something like Taebo or billys bootcamp something cardio that makes you sweat.

Sleep - sleep 6 to 8 hrs depending on the amount of work you have to do. However, make sure to sleep around the same time and wake up around the same time. This helps set your metabolism also.

Again, this is if it is not genetics related. I would suggest talking to your school counselor who might direct you to better resources or your gym teacher. The best would be your doctor as he medically can examine your status.

Try keeping a food journal to find out exactly what you are eating and write down how you were feeling that day. This can help you figure out why you eat the way you do. Eat in moderation and start walking, since it is a low impact aerobic exercise. Losing 1 and a half to 2 lbs per week is good and you have a better chance of keeping it off. Talk to your doctor about what type of diet planes you can start. Don't get discouraged sweetie and kudos to you for wanting to change your life. Good Luck.

Quick= not healthy and not permanent. To reduce your risks, you need to lose weight slowly and steadily and keep it off for good.
First talk to a doctor- your hormones might be out of order, so you will need to take care of that. All insurance plans cover that.
Second- try making small changes- eat carrots instead of chips, chicken instead of beef, go for a walk instead of watching tv,drink water instead of soda.
Drastic changes may be too hard at this stage, and you're still very young.
Once you are on track, start walking or swimming, and try limiting yourself to 3 meals and 2 snacks (snack=piece of fruit or a glass of milk, small salad or something like that). You can find a ton of information about eating right on the internet. However, I would still go with the plan that your doctor suggests. (some schools have school nurses who are trained in nutrition and counseling). Do not blame yourself if you mess up once in a while- just keep going.
Try to find support- your parents, best friends, internet group, whoever. Find a hobby to keep your mind off food.
Once you're more fit and lose some weight, you can start working out more intensly.
Good luck- it will take lots of work, but you are making the right decision.

Start walking 30 minutes a day anywhere you can, dont eat 2 hours before bedtime, drink a lot of water, don't drink soda, keep making good choices, for instance instead of getting doritoes in a vending machine, get a baked snack mix instead...most of all remeber, it didn't take 1 week for you to get this way, it wont take 1 week to get fit, keep it up and you will see results, in the meantime find someone to talk to about how people are treating you, there are many online support groups, or your parents can get you a counselor.

well, first off, i would say go to your doctor. have him or her check you over, make sure there are no underlying health issues already going on. one of the best ways i have found lately to lose weight is the south beach diet. you can find information on it on line, or at the library. the other issue of course is exercise. walking is about the most low cost exercise you can do. and start out slowly. depending on your ability at this time, it may be a good start to go outside and walk the perimeter of your yard, and increase the amount every couple of days... or each week, what ever your able to do. if you have issues that prevent you from being able to do walking at this time, if you have access to a pool... moving in a pool is good. or get a Richard Simmons-sweatin to the oldies dvd and do as much as you can.
it will be a slow process. you didn't put the weight on overnight, it wont all come off over night. good luck!

There is no quick way otherwise I would of found it. Get out and walk for at least 30 minutes every day Mon-Sun, start out with whatever you can even if it's only 10-15 minutes just do it. Go to a great website called calorieking.com and you'll find out how many calories to eat a day for your height, etc... I got the calorie book for like $5.00 at the store (tells calories of everything you can imagine, then I got the calorie diary to log my food into for like $3.00. They show both of them on the website but you can find them at your local book store. It's gonna take some time to loose the weight but just stick with it and don't given up.
