well sometimes.
this seems a little juvenile to me...a bit elementary so maybe youwant to rethink the maturity level of this guy. bus im in high school...&& there is this guy...who has a gf of 6 months && he flirts with other girls ALL THE TIME BY INSULTING THEM! and he is a little imature so ya that is prolly your answer there. but i found out the guy that was so mean to me was actually mean because he though i wrote a note to one of his friends trying to break the mean guy && his girlfriend up..&& thst brings me to my next point.
But if you really like this guy && your sure hes worth it, maybe you could ask him why hes bothering you so much. maybe its because you did something that offnded him. bye the way i never even wrote a note to his friend...&& i confronted him && we r cool now, thank god.
in a nutshell, it depends on your age and maturity of the guy, trust your instincts on this one.

Not all the time!!! Sometimes yes and sometimes no. Guys try real hard sometimes not let a woman know the like her. All of them have their personal reasons. Just ignore the guy and if he really like u, he will not be able to handle u ignoring hin too long

well.. normal functional guys dont usually insult girls just for kicks.. im in highschool i use playful teasing/insults as an ice-breaker .. because she would either laugh or make a comeback which tada leads to a conversation and i like arguments cause they spark intensity.. my 2cents :D

I think that stupid advice is worthless. Why would a guy insult you if he has a crush on you? I don't think it is true it's stupid.

Well there is this guy that I like and I haven't found out if he likes me yet but all my friends say that he does. He jokes around with me saying I'm ugly. I mean if you both do that to each other then most likely he likes you. Hope I'm right! Rachee

When I was very young I was SO shy that if a girl approached me and said hi I would insult her. I said to one what's it like being a slut? I can't believe I did that. I was just scared of girls.

it relies upon.... each so often if someone insults he merely would not like you and there is not any longer some thing hidden behind that behaviour. yet more advantageous in many circumstances and fantastically of their kids, adult males that like you offend you because by making use of doing that they imagine that you cant understand they prefer you.its a commonplace attitude to conceal their genuine thoughts.it truly is more advantageous commonly used in circumstances that the guy thinks you dont like him ,too/ desire i helped you slightly to get the image!!!

Only if you're still at single digits, age-wise.
Truth? Maybe. Maybe not. But even if he does, is unsulting you any way of showing it to you? Move on, find a guy who actually knows that girls don't have cooties.

Yes - if he's about 12! It really depends. Young inexperienced guys often don't know what to say and have an immense fear of rejection, so they'll say something nasty just so you'll notice them, without any fear that you will reject them. Next time he says something nasty, just tell him to grow up.
