Well this is just a simple gernal question. I will use myself as an example. I have a boyfriend (24) who is friends with such assholes. There is this one guy that is so annoying he constantly calls him or contacts him on "myspace" almost every night asking for him to go to a "titty bar" or other bar in general when he knows my boyfriend is dating me. I know so many girls that have this problem in that their boyfriends remain friends with the asshole friends despite the fact of their girlfriends opinions. Guys and girls welcome to respond.

a GIRLFRIEND should not try to control her boyfriend. Let the man go to a strip culb if he wants it is you he is comming home too. Does your guy go with his buddy? if so how often? is he going everytime this guy askes? If not then why are you getting all upset about it? As a woman myself I dont see why you girls get upset.

you can't expect everyone to like you, that just asinine, maybe his friends just want to go out and have a good time, possilbe don't wanna go alone but with a bunch of friends. I'm sure there are some of your friends who want to go out with you to say a club and dance and get drunk as a "girls night out" or whatever. In fact your kinda being too demanding, so what if he goes to a bar and hangs out with his friends, do something with your friends, you might be a priority but I don't think your joined at the hip. If you trust and love him, you wouldn't care where he goes because you know he will come back to you in the end

If my bf's friends are jerks I would be concerned about my bf being one too.
Lets keep aside, for a moment, the two important facts that his jerk friends are disrespecting you as the priority of your boyfriend's life, and two, your boyfriend allowing them to do so (they would not keep calling unless they knew its ok with him). If you really want to know the character of a man, it is to find out who are his friends, their hobbies and general interests.
It will give you a pretty good idea of what your boyfriend is about because your opinion on his friends is not coloured by the emotions that you see HIM with, and possibly miss signs that he is, indeed, a jerk himself.
And their interests, talks, hang-outs will give you an idea as to what your bf's 'buddy-talk' and interests are when YOU are not around.
If I were you, I would have red flags going up right about now.

that happens a lot when people like that are just so ignorant, they enjoy the single life and are not ready to settle down while your bf is the mature one and is looking for a long term relationship, his friends should just bugger off

my ex b/f was a complete jacka.ss and so were his friends. his friends got him to stop spending time with me. he started being overly sarcastic and would ignore me friends there or not. he would do what ever the hell he wanted to just to piss me off. and he finally pushed me to do what i really didnt want to do. break up with him.
if your b/f is listening to friends insted of you, then get rid of him. you dont need his friends acting like jerks to get you away from him. just tell him that its either you or his friends. if he really cares than he will choose you.
