Not unless they happen to have a dual citizenship. Free health care in Canada is for Canadian Nationals only. The United States is the only nation that I know of that gives free health care to non-naturalized aliens but not to her own citizenry. My neighbor believes that nationalized health care in the U.S. is only five to ten tears out.

It varies by province. Since each healthcare system is run by the individual provinces. In Ontario, you have to live here and be employed here for at least 6 months. I've lived in Ontario all my life and I had a hard time proving it last time so good luck.

No, we do not pay the taxes that pay for that health care (our taxes pay for helicopters and amored personel transports) so we are not entitled to those benefits.
