Is there any things you would recommend? Bug killer, electric blankets...etc????

sorry, let me also add. i'm going for 3 years to study at Sydney. My college acceptance pack said it gets cold in winter and to bring hat, scarfs and sloves etc. My thoughts were that it'll be cold to the aussies but still warm to the brits and so they were being dramatic? Any clarity?

Electric blanket in Jan to aussie..?? no way !! Take lots of sunscreen.. it gets very hot that time of the year. Take bug repellant if u plan on going fishing/camping.

Are you sure you aren't travelling from the US? I mean c'mon, your level of ignorance surely suggests you have some Yankee blood in you somewhere? Electric blankets in January? You sure you aren't moving to Austria and have yourself confused?

It will be summer over her by then so bring lots of suntan lotion beach gear. and maybe a light jumper cardigan depending on which part of australia you are moving to.

in my country in january is very cold and now its quite cold and today i start swimming lol and later i slept with couil loll.as i read from other ppl is sunny in Australia. so listen to them..i dont know
