I have 3 large scooped out butternut squashes. Can the seeds be roasted the way you roast pumpkin seeds? If so, please tell me how. Thank you. ASAP please!!!!

yes you can I have done this a few times for my grand-daugh ter.
put them on a cookie sheet spread out in a 400 oven and let them cook until they are dryed out then let them cool, I can't tell you how long to bake them you just have to watch them, some get dry faster than others

Yes, you can do it. Rinse the seeds in a colander, put them in a bowl with some vegetable oil and a little salt, pour them onto a cookie sheet-in a single layer-and roast them in a slow-225-250-oven for an hour or so.

Here is Australia we call them butternut pumpkins so yeah i think so if they are slightly smaller seeds dont roast them for as long

yea sure jus add alil oil and salt and do it the same way u roast pumkin seeds dont forget to take out all the strings from the squash if there is
