If you are receiving radiation or chemotherapy you cannot the chemicals will kill the fetus. Even when you find out that you have cancer they will need to do x-rays and other types of tests that will harm the baby. If you don't get this treatment and continue with the pregnancy you risk all kinds of complications to you and the baby. This is a decision you and your partner must choose but think of it this way if you get pregnant and keep going through the pregnancy what if you die from not being treated do you want your partner and your child to not have a mom?

If you're getting chemo, it will affect your fertility. If you're pregnant and getting treatment, it will damage the fetus.
Here are the symptoms; however, of course, see your doctor!
