how can i get this?bleach it first?

I think the best thing you can do is go to the hairdresser and let her dye it for you. Its hard when you are going from a dark color to a light color, to get the exact shade you are trying to achieve. Take a picture with you to show to her.

If you aren't going for a dramatic change and just want to lighten it up then there is a product that has been around for ages called Sun In you can usually get at retail stores or pharmacies with all the other hair colors. Looking at the color in the picture I think you will get what you want. On the other hand if you are really inexperienced with hair color ask a professional.

I believe in order for dark hair to go blond and look almost natural you have to strip the hair of its natural color. The best option would be to add highlights and low lights it may not be blond but it will look so much better. Any thing you do to your hair.. go to a professional.

don't try to do it because i tried it not good and it messes up your hair a lot and your face especially if you have dark eyebrows!!!
