Sometimes the USAF does not except prior service, sometimes they do. Sometimes, it depends on your rank, TIS, MOS, etc.
So the best thing you can do is contact an Air Force Recruiter.
(Also, don't trust the web. The recruiter has more update info.)

Depending on your MOS, you can switch over 90 days after your ETS. You will have to have your DD214 in hand to do so. Prior to that you can get with an Air Force recruiter and talk about your options.
Sometimes though the switch will cost you an E-grade or so. Make sure you get all of the details; and work all the angles. There are loopholes for everything.

the Air Force is not currently accepting any prior service candidates.
in any event, you would have to complete you Active duty term of enlistment inthe Army( and not be Stop Lossed) before you could approachany other Branch. the Blue to Green program only covers AF and Navy personnel transferring to Army with no break in service.

Yes, after your contract is up with the Army. You might have to lose rank or switch MOSs. Talk to an Air Force recruiter.

You will have to wait till your current enlistment is up. After wards you can try to re-up in the Air force. They may make you go to boot camp again, especially if you are looking to get into para rescue.

yes you can if there is a job available for you. My TI did that in basic and she actually lost rank. So you may want to check that out before you swap.
