Hi. My name is Aaron. I am 17 and currently homeless. Life has been hard for me lately. On Christmas eve of last year I was evicted out of my house by the police because my landlord lied and said we didn't pay rent. The cops threw everything on the sidewalk. Then when we tried to keep our leftover possessions out of the rain and under the carport for a day so we could get a uhaul he threw everything away. We lost everything. Now here we are almost a year later and not all of my family has found stable housing. Or even a stable job. All I am asking is for some sort of help, if it be money, housing or even moral support. Something is better than nothing. It is so depressing working hard all day just to make it to the next. There is no reward and you find yourself in depression. So if you can help in any way , even if it be a penny sent to me, it would help. My email is aaronbroberts@hotmail.com

Thankyou

try going to a goodwill building and get some numbers to other agencies that can help. as for the landlord thing, you said you paid the rent, did you get a reciept?? if not, then your Sorry out of luck but if you did and kept on to the receipt you have all legal bounds to take that jerk to court. I can feel for you because when I was 16 and living on my own, my townhouse burnt down and I was left with nothing, I went to a salvation army and they took me in for a few weeks until I got a job and a place to live, (I went shared accomodation where you rent a room in a house) You may be only 17 but you really need to get out there find a full time job and just keep going to work every day and ALWAYS listen to your boss. If you get on the good side, you will be able to get ahead even if you just work at mcdonalds (hey you could be a supervisor in a year and make more than everyone else) Trials will happen in your life whether good or bad, you just got to learn to grow up from it and move on. It's been 3 years since my house burnt down and I'm finally settled down and getting stuff, it took a while but hey, at least I'm still alive right?? Hang tough, your in my prayers.

Have you gone to any churches for help? Any church would help you/your family with shelter, food, and clothing-gas money if needed also. Salvation army is another source. I am not sure where you are located so I cannot say for sure of all the availabilities. Social services may be of some help as well.
Good Luck and God be with you. By the way, how is a person to send you money - with no address?
