its all hitting me too hard. Last night i had a dream my dad died and cried all night. I woke up, and my mom said 'hey lets goto target!' so we went, then we went to get something to eat. She was in a happy mood. As we were at quiznoes, she told me. 'oh i went to the doctor's yesterday and they said that i have a tumor, that may have cancer, but its allright'
shes been sick , loosing alot of weight. I dont know what to do anymore. my grandma died of cancer. About a month ago my girlfriend left me. about 2 weeks ago my aunt died.
I dont know what to do, and why is god doing this to my life. I've never felt soo much pain. I feel soo alone. Thinking that your mom might die, my best friend, the one who gave me all my advice. Might die.
We were suppose to goto europe, next summer but i dont know if she will make it. i pray to god. i dont have anybody i can come and talk to, non of my friends, even the ones i date i can never tell them my feelings. I feel Lonly.

If I could hug you over the internet I would. hang in there.. I can't say it's going to be alright, but listen to your mom when she says that it may be cancer... it might not be. it's going to be very difficult to wait, but that's all we can do at this point. you'll be in my thoughts and prayers.

Well I believe first off that u and your mom need 2 sit down and really discuss this. It will be hard 4 both of u, and believe me your mom is also scared and she's trying 2 make it as small as possible to calm u but tell her it's not working and that your relationship is to tight to be stepping on eggshells around this subject. Many people ,unfortunately deal with this every day! Both my paternal grandmothers passed from cancer and then i have a lot of people who have or had it and r still living. Cancer doesn't always mean death that's the first thing u need to understand try 2 find people who r survivors listen 2 their stories. You and your mom should start researching the possibilities together as far as counseling groups, support groups there is so much out there don't feel like your alone God gives you reason and purpose to move on to another day!

Continue praying and staying in faith and never give up hope. It's in HIS hands and sometimes the way our lives go or are going are not what we would want or wish. Enjoy your mother everyday and your life everyday. I know it seems like Oh no now I know she's going to die or whatever, but if you really think about it all of us will and do at sometime and we never know when so we should all live like we only have a short time everyday like it's our last because one day it will be. It's hard doing this all alone and it's true very lonely and empty and weighs down on you. I'm sorry to hear all these things have piled up on you at once but just sit back as best you can and regroup. I know MUCH EASIER said than done. But fight the good fight of faith. And maybe you should talk to your mother about these feelings, it sounds like you have a very open relationship with her so I would think she would like for you to talk with her about your concerns and fears and bring you some more comfort and reassurance. No matter what happens I pray you strength to overcome whatever comes your way, and I'm sorry that this has happened to you. But don't close up and keep it in, release it, either with your mom, in a journal if you feel it's too personal, and continue praying and talking to HIM, HE is listening. I know the praying doesn't seem to answer the questions or the feelings or the pain but in time you will see it does. Stay as positive as you can and enjoy what you do have not what you feel you won't have. You're in my prayers as well as your mother and her health. Take Care!!

You are only 16 and all this must be a very heavy load for you. I know this sounds a little corny but I would pray for guidence from God and ask him what it is that he wants you to learn form all this. Me myself believe everyone is put on this earth for a reason, we might not understand at the time but we just have to trust and believe and the answers will come. I lost my Mom my grandfather and my Grandmother in a time frame of about 5 years. This happened about 14 years ago and it gets easier as time passes. What I would do is spend as much quality time with your Mom as possible, you'll be happy you did in the long run. In the mean time I will pray for you and your Mom. Good Luck

Sweetie I am so sorry to hear about your mom. I know how it feels because when I was 18 my father passed away from cancer. I know that you feel you are alone dear but your really not. If you have that close of a relationship with your mom then talk to her. Don't try to hold it in. If you feel the need to cry then by all means cry. Maybe your mom can take you to talk to your preacher or priest, which ever the case may be. I know it doesn't seem fair sweetie but trust me, God has reasons for all he does. If you ever need to talk to someone I am here and hope I have helped you. God Bless you my friend.

In all sympathy, your mother does not have cancer as far as you and she are concerned until it is confirmed. It may well be a benign tumour, and even if malignant it may well be easily removed by minor surgery.
You are regrettably putting the cart before the horse here. If your Mum is cheerful about it so should you be. Cancer is not always a death sentence.
Cheer up and think positively - and above all, don't let her see you are upset. If it does turn out to be a problem then she will need you to be strong for her.
I wish you all the best and hope it turns out to be nothing more than fatty tissue.

Dear Luis,
Firstly i want to express my deep sympatheys with all your misfortunes and hurt especially at your tender age of 16. Please try to be patient and eventually things will get through for the better. What your mom needs to do is seek all the medical treatment she can to help her get better and God willing she will be ok. About your dreams the only advice i can give you is to read up about them. In Islam the dreams can be interpretated. If you feel something bad is going to happen dont panic but check in the Islamic dream interpretation book, but the satin can also try to interfere whilst one is asleep. If you get a nightmare say "Audhubillahi minashaytaan niraheem, bismillah hirahman niraheem" (O Almighty i seek refuge in you from the satan, in the name of Almighty the most merciful and beneficial). Spit to your left side over your shoulder three times lightly. Dont speak about this experience to anyone if you can. Turn over to your other side and sleep or if you feel like doing so get up and pray. If you wish to ask any question you have pm me or visit the sites i gave in the source area to ask discreetly.
Take care dear.

I can see that you are going thru difficult time. No one wants to see a love one sick. Believe it or not your mother needs you to be strong for her at this time in her life. God is not doing this to you. He is always there if we call on him. He might not answer your prayers the way you would like him to but he will do whats best . Just lift up your head and show your mom how brave you are and that you will be there for her.It would not be good for her to be worried about you too. If you feel you need to talk to someone have you tried a priest or paster. I know of one church that could really help you if you called. Its Its the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses. They are very nice and very trustworthy. Good-luck and take-care of yourself.

I am so sorry to hear about your mom might have cancer. If indeed she does, cancer has become a treatable disease. It is no longer a death sentence. Keep that in mind, and help your mom as much as you can with moral and physical support. I know how important that is. Talk to her about your fears and don't shy away from her. She needs you now. I know my young friend because I am a cancer survivor.
