They`re fine to eat but put them in cold water for a while before you add them to a soup or stew.

When you cut them up. how do they look and how do they feel? If they fell strange, smell differently, or are some disgusting color, toss them. But they are probably fine for stew or soup. How long were they in the refrigerator?

They won't be much fun to eat. A raw potato should not be mushy and if yours are wrinkle they are mushy!
