Sit on the edge of the bed with your legs out straight in front of you on the seat of a chair.
Move your bottom slightlytowards the chair so your arms are now supporting your weight
Lower you bottom down as far as yioucan go and push up again

This will work the muscles at the back of your arms and tone them up

good luck

Lie on your back with knees bent and feet on the floor. Raise arms up so they are straight up from the floor. Bend your elbows so your hands are near your head. Straighten your arms SLOWLY and FLEX your arm muscles as arm straightens. Repeat about 15 times going slow bending arms down and then straightening.

I have used cans of soup to work out my arms before. It may sound silly but you get a can of soup and hold it behind your head with both hands and lift, release, lift release. You can always adjust the weight by holding bigger cans or more than one.
