I have school in the morning, so I wake up around 6 and sometimes 5, 'cause my sister has zero period. I can't eat in the morning, or else I feel like vomiting. Is there a way, where I can get more energy. I need about 10 hours of sleep to feel refreshed, and i get about 6-8 at most daily. In addition, I don't have time to sleep more.

yes, take a viatmin one a day vitamin, And eat for breakfast Carnation instant breakfast bars, or drink carnation instant breakfast drink, I used to do that When i started a 6am in the morning shift at work, Because I too, Get sick every morning if i eat a big breakfast, Dont do that, Eat sensible or have quaker oatmeal breakfast bars, theres soo many of them around,
