Bob has a proved track record as far as building stuff goes. While Noah was said to have built the ark.There has been no verified
and provable case where the ark has been shown to have actually existed.
Bob wins for sure.

Noah's ark is still around after all the thousands and thousands of years and is perched on top of Mt Ararat in what was once Armenia, but is now Turkey. The Armenian's were the first people to accept Christianity as a Nation. The Turks will not allow the ark to be dug up. The Turks are the ones who massacred the Armenians in the first part of the 1900s.
Bob Vila's constructions will not last as long.

Bob, he's probably got a boat of his own that he probably worked on, and I'll bet that if he doesn't he has a leg up on Noah with all of the engineering and power tools we have today.
