Pound out the chicken to an even thickness....throw your ingredients in.....I think about 20-30 mins at 350 will be fine.
On the inside use some butter....keeps it really moist.

at least a hour or longer maybe 1 1/2 hrs. you never want chicken to be any thing but well done if you see any pink in the meat when you cut it don't eat it ' it can make you very ill.
Better save than sorry.

Depends on if you bought them or if you are making it yourself. It also depends on how thick the chicken is and how hot your oven gets. I would go by this recipe:
