I think u shud di it the conventional way, by reading books, Enid Blyton (name of author) would be ok if you have poor english

First you already know 23 only speaks Hindi and 13 only speaks Englsih Add 23 plus 13 which equals 36 After that do 50 subtract 36 and the answer is 14 There are 14 students in the class that can speak both Hindi and English and There are 37 students that can speak Hindi

I'm sorry, I'm not sure if I understand the question. Do you mean that you know hindi and are trying to learn english? I know urdu as a first language. I guess you'll have to learn english the way I did (as a four year-old), go to school.
