1 and a half ounces of Cuban light rum
handful of fresh mint leaves
dash of simple syrup mixture (sugar in the raw is great)
half a lime
soda water
first add mint, syrup and rum in glass. Tall plastic glasses are best, that way you don't have to worry about cracking or breaking your glass when you bruise the mint leaves well with a muddler or other tool. Squeeze lime juice into glass and throw in the lime so it releases it's good oils, then add ice and soda water until it's full. enjoy!!!!

Mojito Recipe:

5-7 fresh mint leaves
2 tsp simple sugar syrup
1-1/2oz light rum
6oz club soda
2-3 lime wedges

Muddle the leaves in a tall, thin glass, gently crushing them in the glass to release the mint flavor, then add the other ingredients.
