For the past few years i've been in love with her, but the right moment to tell her just hasnt come to me yet. We graduated high school together and now go to the same college. She is single to, but I dont see her that often and im afraid that if I dont make a move quickly I could lose her again. What should I do?

I think you should tell her how you feel. Are you good friends or just acquintances, do you do things together.
I would get her on her own enquire if there is anyone that she is interested in at the moment, just incase she likes someone else. Say to her you wondered if she would like to go for a drink. That way it shows you are interested without being too full on in the beginning. If she goes for the drink say yoou've liked her for a while and that you had wanted to ask her out before but had never found the right time. Girls like people to be honest, so just tell her and do it soon before you both lose touch, you never know she may have liked you too.

You don't have to spill your guts and say that you have loved her all your life .. that is a little strong to say at first and could scare her off. Just talk to her as you normally do .. and tell her that you would like to get to know her better. Would she be interested in going out on a date with you ? Keep it simple .. but say something, or you will probably lose her. Good Luck ! :)
