i'm mad because my parents wont let me do any thing fun the only thing i'm ever allowed to do is sit in my room being quiet.

If you're being completely serious and honest here, this sounds abusive and you need to talk to another trusted adult like a policeman, teacher or pastor. If you're exaggerating a bit, then you need to:
1.) know what you want to do
2.) talk to your parents about it
3.) ask them what you need to do to get the privilige to do those things you want to do.
Any reasonable parent should allow you to do certain things you want to do.

we know how teenage boys are,and they're afraid you will ruin your life with one, they need to talk to you about sex and drugs, and trust you won't do either one. drugs will ruin your life and sex can wait till your older and in love.never let a boy pressure you into having sex, if he's pressuring you he don't care for you. talk to your parents tell them how you feel [without getting mad] and reassure them of they're fears. they need to give you a chance until you prove otherwise.
