good question........why do they call it a semi? They look complete to me.........their big enough for Gods sake! Why a pair of pants........there is only one!

set came from the 2 parts of the unit, Audio and video. Prior to TV there was just the radio, audio only.

you get a picture and sound may be from the early days of tv manufacturing or maybe has something to do with a set or sound stage from the movie termonology,,,,,, good ? in any case i get points
