I, too, have SAD. I invested in a "happy light box" and it seemed to help some. Also, through the winter I take extra B vitamins and vitamin C. Also, get outside as much as you can, even if the sun isn't shining.

Go toy our Dr who will Refer you to a Mental Health Specialist if necessary, to get a proper SAD assessment but in all honesty it is way too early in the season for SAD, geniune cases occur only between November and April.

This sounds an important health issue.
My advice:Go to your doctor. Do you really want to live a demi-life in a haze of slumber? The winter can be great - we don't want you asleep for most of it :)

You could see a doctor about it or try following Dr Norman E. Rosenthal's book.

Go to the Dr. It sounds more like depression, and depression is an illness that needs to be treated. Don't sit and wonder. If you want to know what is wrong with you,go to your Dr. Good Luck
