Maybe you guys don't tell each other stuff and he wants to find out so he goes in your room looking for clues. Don't leave stuff you don't want him to read or leave stuff on purpose so he can read it, like a message to him. Like: "Why are you reading this it's none of your business?"

your brother is probably wanting some type of a relationship with you that he feels is missing, he is probably trying to irritate you just so he can get your attention. Do something with him if he is younger play Yahtzee with him or just talk, I bet he is wanting you and him to get along and enjoy each other.
