I do not know what nationality you are, but iether you cannot type, or you are not English. Either does not matter. The question you asked is for help. It depends on your sons disbilitys and it has to be said WHY. my son wet he bed at about seven years old, and was established by the doctor, an unwillingness to grow up!! I just got him clean sheets, did not make a fuss, never chastised him, put him straigh back to bed to sleep in clean sheets, obviouse.y the mattress becomes wet, so you have to dry it out, and disifect it, a second matress, (cheap one will do until morning), and never make him feel bad about it. It is an insicurity on the child. Just a reaction of a small person, not bieng able to cope, with bigger things than he or she./ If the child is consterpated, grape juice, prune juce, is very good, and lots of greens. i wish you well, I f you had mentioned the specific disabilities, I may have had more to say. Much love to your child, nomater what problems they bring. we love them. You could take the bull bythe horns so to speak and give him Dulcalax, that will flush him out . It is like a bowl domestos, but try naturat stuf like prunes. good luck. xxx

I find it very hard to believe that you were able to spell certain words correctly (i.e. been, how, son, years) and not others... no need for an example there... Why would you go out of your way to embarrass yourself (or your son, if you really have one with this problem)? Seems like you may have some issues either way.
If you do really have son who is mentally challenged and who is constipated, you should have a pediatrician. I suggest calling them or taking your son to the local Emergency Room.

I would interpret this as your child has disabilities .you dont say which kind ....it is not unusual for a child or even a young adult to wear nappies I know of lots of autistic children still in nappies..........if he is in dificulties with his toileting you should refer him to your doctor at once.........if you have no doctor then you must register at once and also get in touch with social services

If your son is 12 years old, in nappys, and having pains, see a doctor and consider putting him in a facility that can care for him.
