By improper brushing or the lack of sufficient brushing, plaque drinking after people, eating certain types of foods and not rinsing or brushing afterwords,thrush,excessive drinking of sugared drinks, disturbance of ph levels in the mouth, lack of minerals, saying bad stuff .
