yes u can hon, whether it`s the dough or the already cooked dumpling. in the case of the dough all u havve to do when ur ready to cook it again is defrost the dough thoroughly and deep fry or bake in the oven .in the case where they have been already cooked and u would just like to reheat them remove them from the freezer and bake frozen in the oven or toaster oven, waiting until they r thawed (being that they r already cooked) may cause them to be soggy and not very enjoyable. don`t put them in the microwave it really doesn`t make them taste good. good luck to u and please save some for me next time we cvan have chiken and dumplings. who knows i just might be coming round tha mountain. lol.

Yes you can freeze dumplings, and not only that you dont have to defrost them when you want them. Just take out of freezer and the best way to cook them is to steam them.

Yes of course you can. Any kind even Chinese dumplings can be frozen. They are available frozen in supermarkets everywhere.

yes i,m a chef and i make loads up. freeze them but double the cooking time in the recipe.
