1st of all that company should have put a tracer on the package.
if there was no signature, its the company's resposibilty to file
a claim with ups or who ever shipped it.. i'm sure they had insurance on the package. you can file a dispute with the credit
card company and they will charge the company back.

Depending on the terms of the purchase, BH photo may not be "technically" responsible unless you paid for insurance or a form of delivery that requires a signature on delivery. Since I doubt they send the equipment regular US mail, this probably does not apply. You have the right to dispute the charge with you credit card issuer. The card issuer must then investigate and will require proof from BH photo that the equipment was delivered. The link below is A FTC document about the Fair Credit Billing Act. It includes a form letter for disputing charges.

Actually, when it comes to credit cards, it's their problem because you can dispute the charges as merchandise not received. They should have tracked the shipping if you were using a credit card, another mistake sellers make thinking it's your problem. Contact your credit card company right away and get the ball rolling before it racks up interest.
