exercise so that you can lose weight and it will make u feel better. also for every bad food that u eat u should run around the block about 10 times......eat healthy and don't expect fast results.....about 10 pounds a month is what's usually to be expected for weight loss and always keep urself busy so u don't eat cuz ur bored.....if u r bored and kinda hungry then eat fruit or veggies or something.....also eat slow so u don't automatically stuff urself.....always at buffets only fill your plate up once cuz it's usually the same price so don't stuff urself just cuz it's a buffet.....stay motivated by keeping a diary of ur progress like what u eat every day and what u do fur exercise....remember if u eat something bad u should go around the block running 10 times around......good luck to everyone for weight loss and good luck to me too!!!!

My ideas? Try to do 200 minutes of cardio a week. Remember fat does not turn into muscle, so you need to lose your fat while putting on muscle. Work hard, but don't over 60 minutes at a time. Do planks and other abs exercises on alternate days.
On training days, do 5-10 minutes of cardio to warm up, then do your weight training. Do 30 to 60 minutes more of cardio, then go home.
The best time to eat is just after your workout within an hour when your metabolism is raging. For your muscles, incorporate some isolated soy protein or whey protein. Whey is more potent but the soy tastes better!
Don't look at your scale as the be all and end all, but get a measuring tape to check your progress, and that will show more tangible results.
Read magazines like Shape, Womens Fitness, Fitness, etc to get tips and to stay motivated.
Good luck and stick at it. This plan has lost me 20 lbs in 12 weeks so far, just go for it!

Weight is 99% the result of diet. Exercise just helps firm up the skin after the weight is lost. Of course, if someone runs 10 miles a day and doesn't eat anything additional they will lose a few ounces. When you diet please remember that you have to eat the minim daily requirements of nutrients or your body will go into the starvation mode and you can't lose weight. Five pounds a month is a good goal, just don't backslide. Good Luck!

thanks, but I have not time to run around the block 10 times if I eat something bad. So I will just stick to the diet I have made myself so I don't have to punish myself and run around. Yea, I'm 122 lbs and 5ft 2. I want to get down to 105 lbs.
