Well, I just looked into my fascination with throwing up. Not to sound gross, but I really like it. But I'm afraid I'm bulimic. I do sometimes feel fat...I hate food. I only eat it to chuck it back out. If I try to keep it down...my tummy hurts really bad. I am at a healthy weight. (maybe a little over weight but not gross) I'm not obsessed with my weight....but I am with throwing up. I don't have any of the feelings associated with bulimia.
maybe I am over analyzing this. Maybe Im just a weirdo....what do you think?

listen people. I'm not crazy. I am actually pretty normal. I just like the way I feel after I hurl. I would describe it as having to use the bathroom really bad & getting a chance to. But instead of sitting down, I lean forward. I don't want to talk to my doctor about this...he's rather condesending. Is there any other way I can handle this? I don't want this fascination to turn into an eating disorder.

Bulimia is a very serious illness, Moreover it is not about food but of control. In what areas of your life do you feel powerless to change? Ask yourself in what aspect of my life do I feel anxious, parents, kids, work or socially, something has to come to mind.

Bulimia isn't in easy terms binging and purging there is so lots extra to ingesting problems. that is having an risky dating with foodstuff, no count if that be overeating, purging what you devour, proscribing, ravenous. Bulimics do no longer inevitably could binge to purge. you have gotten EDNOS that's ingesting sickness no longer in any different case unique. i've got been combating an ED for over 3 years now and that is not something every person could ever get entangled with. that is not glamorous or friendly and you will in no way be pleased with it. you may bypass see a psychologist. i be attentive to some human beings won't be able to with the aid of fact of particular motives yet i be attentive to that the place I stay there's a place referred to as Headspace the place 12-25 12 months olds can acquire help. that is unfastened with the aid of fact it runs by our wellness plan. i'm hoping this helped sweetie. stay reliable <3

You don't have to hate your appearance to be bulimic. If you are not keeping nutrients down, and throwing up everytime you eat... you are considered bulimic. You need to get help before this hurts you..
The one thing people suffering from bulumia don't understand is that even though they dooo eat, they throw it up before they're bodies can retain any nutrients, leading to mal-nutrition which lowers your immune system, causing you to get sick, and its just a messy, vicious cycle.
If you're worried that you have a problem.. you're one step ahead of all bulimic people; you have actually accepted that you have a problem, which you definately do! Now that you know you need help... get it. There are sooo many doctors and psychologists that can help you with this.
I hope you take this seriously... it can lead down a dangerous path if you don't. Goodluck.

If you throw up your food then yes you are considered to be bulimic. I had a problem with my weight, to the point i started starving myself. I started to come to realize maybe i was becoming Anorexic. We went over the symptoms in foods class, and i realized i had a few of them. Lucky for me i got help before it got bad. You should go and get help and see what's wrong. I think that you have a thing against food and a thing for throwing up. And neither one is healthy.

Look, I used to be bulemic a several years ago, and I can't for the life of me see why anyone would like to throw up?!! Its stinky, messy, and gross. It makes your throat hurt - why would you ever like it? I hated it - but I used to be obsessed with staying thin at any cost. I don't get how you could like it...??

make an appointment with a therapist. Making yourself throw up is not normal and is not good for your health. You need to find out why you have this fascination and why you make yourself throw up.

I don't know what's wrong with you, but you need to stop doing that. Your stomach contains lots of acids that can harm your esophagus.
It's simple ~ just stop doing that ~ unless you want your esphogus to burn away, and if you want to be fed through a pump.

Throwing up, whether it is due to an eating problem or not, is a problem, that requires medical attention.

its not normal and def. can put your health at risk. you can have permanent esophagus damage and end up with heart disease among other problems. Please see your general practitioner (you could already have some damage that needs immediate medical attention) and also ask him/her for a Psych referral.
