Is it less than 0.5% alcohol by volume?

It can't be exactly zero, because any drink will have some alcohol molecules in it.

Hey, check this out: you're all wrong.

But, with up to 0.5% alcohol, "non-alcoholic" drinks still have some alcohol. Under Illinois law, only "alcohol free" drinks are totally 0%. "Low alcohol" drinks contain between 0.5% and 2.5% alcohol, which almost all light" (lower calorie) beers exceed. Budweiser, by comparison, has 4.7% alcohol.

I think what you're trying to get at is Near Beer really non-alcoholic, and yes it is considered non alcoholic. Also, most people consider soft drinks and virgin drinks non-alcoholic when they are reading a menu or party invitation.

A drink with no alcohol. Would you give the drink with 0.5% to a baby?

I don't care what the 'law' says, would you give it to a baby? The law is just 'people'.

So milk, and water, and orange juice have alcohol molecules? Hmmm? I'll have to research that, I don't believe it.

a non-alcoholic drink contains 0% alcohol. a non-alcoholic drink is the drink minus the alcohol (example) a virgin daiquiri is just the mix and water and ice.

A drink that has exactly 0% alcohol in it.....id like to know, on what, you base your theory, that everything has at least some molecule of alcohol in it? How is it that you come to that conclusion........?
If so, id like to know how water and natural products, such as juices and milks come to have alcohol in them naturally....?
