Happy Ramzaan Muslims!

I'm just wondering that Hindus do fast as do Muslims and Christians, Hindus dont eat meat, egg and grains in their fast, Muslims dont eat anything at all from dawn to dusk...

What about christian and others.
1. Do you fast?
2. How many days you fast?
3. In which month you start fasting?
4. Whats your duration of fast?

I fast but sometimes i dont want to. If you studied the seven chakras of the body you whould find out about the stomach chakra. sometimes I eat too much and i get sick the next day. I think fasting might have to do with health reasons and enlightenment, but also to teach your body what to eat and what not to eat, sometimes I fast for 2 days but usually a day or just two small meals a day. WHat month? well anytime my body isnt hungry is when i fast.

Fasting is done when we desire a closer walk with God and lay aside such things as eating. The specifics are not important, each believer fasts for different times and ways until they have found what they seek.
