It's different for everyone, but it's just a feeling of build up and letting it all go. I guess the easiest way to compare it is like if you've been holding your pee for a long time and then to finally get to the bathroom and let it go....feels great. It's like a release of sexual tension. If you're a squirter, you'll DEFINITELY know.

Blood rushes to face, start gasping for air and eyes roll back in head. Brain gets rush of endorphines and a huge feeling of ectsasy. Legs and body shake uncontrollably. (or is that just me?)
