If you could go with out it then why would it matter your reason why? Your reason would be because you dont need it, duh.
I think I'll get rid of one of my kidneys, my spleen and my appendix. Might help me lose a few pounds... Spring cleaning you could say, lol. Oh and dont I only need one lung?
Is your uterus an organ? Well, take that too then, no need to have it hanging around.

I could part with a kidney. My dad had kidney cancer a long time ago and had to have one of his kidneys removed. I was the first person to volunteer to give up a kidney, but my dad's doctor said it was not necessary since only the one kidney had cancer, not both.

I would say my kidney because its the only one i can think of that i have two of. Well apart from my ears and eyes and i dont fancy loosing either of them!

The old electric organ in my basement -- it's taking up way to much room down there, and when my kids play it - it's sounds awful!

that would have to be one of my kidneys, since i got two of them. if someone i know desperately needed a transplant, and we are compatible, i would gladly give one up.
