This is how I get a guy to notice me. I wear a low cut shirt with a necklace that kinda hangs in the clevage spot. Play with the necklace and caress your skin, slightly. Don't make it look like cheap porn. It will get him noticing, then stretch you back by pushing your chest out and arching your back. He'll notice you. Oh and always make eye contact and smile.
