i dont go to jamba juice anymore, because i make my own at home. ^_^
i worked there for a while, and the recipes are pretty simple. they all follow the pattern:
12oz juice
2 scoops of fruit A
1 scoop of fruit B
2 scoops sherbert/frozen yogurt
the variations are endless too. for example, if you like the orange dream, which is basically a liquified orange creamsicle (orange juice, soymilk, vanilla frozen yogurt, orange sherbert, a touch of ice) then try subbing the orange juice & orange sherbert with raspberry juice & raspberry sherbert. presto, raspberry dream. delicious.
or a chocolate moo'd with light sorbet, sub strawberries tastes like a liquid chocolate-covered strawberry.
good times.

Jamba Juice for both smoothies and iced tea, depending on my mood. I stay way clear of Starbucks.

Jamba Juice is probably healthier, and you can get the different "boosts" added to your drinks. But then I can't get my Mocha Valencia at Jamba.
