You seriously have a problem. One should not think his sisters lips are "red and beautiful" and because you do, you need to talk to a parent or someone you trust and tell them that you are having VERY VERY INAPPROPRIATE FEELINGS TOWARD YOUR SISTER. If this is a joke, it's a sick joke. If you are serious and you care about your future and you care about your sister not suffering emotional trauma for the rest of her life, you will talk to an adult or someone you trust and tell them what you said here.
As your sister gets older, she will change, her body will change, she will mature and develop. If the sight of her red lips excites you then it's possible that you could become abusive toward her because you don't know better. You might develop other more dangerous urges toward your sister.
It is not normal or right to feel attracted to and to want to become intimate with your sister.
Please get help. If you touch your sister in a way that is not "brotherly" then you could go to jail, your sister could go to foster care, your whole family could be torn apart.
Get help.

If u want to kiss her lips just cuz they are red and beautiful then DON'T. She is ur sister not girl friend.

If she is still a toddler maybe, and if you are a girl, but actually you should stop, she is getting older and if you are doing it, it will give her the impression that it's normal and she may let someone else beside you do it then you may need to worry.

i think so depending on how old you are and your sis is because if you are like 13 and your little sis is like 10 then that would be grose and you could go to jail for sexual abuse!! who's so beautiful and red???
