I keep telling my boyfriend I forgive but deep down I dont. The thing is I had a baby 4 months ago,and he was at the bar getting drunk so I had the baby by myself. I just cant forgive him ! What do I do?

Don't forgive him. Why would you want to? If he could not be there for the birth, what makes you think he will ever be there for anything? You want to be that woman that has to walk seven miles home because he is 'too busy' at the bar to come and pick you up? Want to be the woman who gets fired from work because your guy is at the bar and wont come home to stay with his kid? You don't want to be that woman, right?

He was scared. He didn't know how to handle you giving birth. It was insensitive of him. Is he around now the baby is here? Is he a good father? Does he normally run when he feels pressured? Talk to him and then you can understand how he was feeling; he can hear how neglected you felt and then you both can move on.

Sounds 'young'. he did that cause he's afraid of what will come when the baby is born, all the responsibility that will cause for him.. he's afraid. His father may of did the same thing to him or siblings.. 'ask him'.
I'd be mad too. but, you have to talk to him about it, to help you get over it. sit him down and have a heart to heart talk, it may help you understand why, and perhaps help you forgive.
Just tell him, he "Better Not 'ever' Do It Again"

That is horrible. If you were that close to giving birth then he should have at least had a cell phone and left when he got the call. If he was your b-friend at the time he should have been taking care of you instead of out drinking.

Just slap him upside his head then forgive him and if he does it again, dont give him any for a week.

you must forgive him but concentrate on making him worry about you much more than he does
