Target. That is one of the easiest cards to get. My brother-in-law had no credit at all and they wanted to buy a house. The broker said, apply to Target and he did and got a card. After you get one store card, you will start getting all kinds of applications from various cards (i.e. Mastercard and Visa) in the mail. Some are good, some are just loaded with fees so be careful!

You could try a Bank of America Secured Visa. You can deposit anything between $300 and $10,000. Whatever you deposit will be your credit limit, and you can increase it at anytime by simply puting more money into the deposit account. I would try applying for the Gold Card first though. You get a response in less than a minute. Just go to www.bankofamerica.com to apply. Hope this helps

There are lots of places, even online where you can aquire secured credit cards with no credit. These usually come with ridiculously high interest rates and a whole lot of fine print...so do your research and use the card responsibly when you do get one.

You have to start building up your credit from a credit card you can get at a department store like Macy's, even an Old Navy card can help you.

and if you can find a relative or friend with excellent credit get them to add you as an authorized user to their accounts - without actually giving you the card to use

if you just need a credit card to pay for something online,
check out gift visa's ( availble at wal-green,or many retailers)
you put money on them, and merchants can't tell them from a credit card.
