This may sound stupid, but are you sure your seat is adjusted properly? Perhaps you are too close and your knee is bent too much or vice versa, you're too far away and it's putting strain on your knee. Try changing the seat a little.

How tall are you? Tall people have their knees all scruched up in a small car will cause knee pain. If electric seats have 6 way power, tilt front all the way up and back all the way down for comfort.

probably you'r knee it's hitting the jeep. like my leg hits the dashboard in my 1967 Ford LTD!!

well im not sure but it just might be you. don't drive it if you're so sure. go a weel without driving it or until you stop getting knee pains.
then try driving it. if you start getting knee pains then stop driving it comepletely.
