Kadian 50mg. capsules
taken orally by mouth once a day

Kadian is morphine. It is prescribed to take care of intense pain. The hallucinations suggest that she may be taking too strong a dose...Kadian is available in 20 and 30 mg dosages, also. Talk to her doctor.
