I worked at a Tim Horton's for almost two years, loved most of the customers but the owner/boss was an ***.You'd get chewed out for putting things in the wrong bags or boxes , had to keep paper costs down.Had toaster burns on my forearms for months after I quit from a stainless steel too high temp toaster oven. The worst part of the job was you were expected to clean the washrooms (gloves supplied), then go out and handle the doughnuts. I mean you get splashed and its gross! Can still bypass doughnuts but not coffee after all these years.Floors had to be mopped twice a shift, try rushing around filling an order for the drive through while trying to stay upright on a slippery wet floor. In my oppinion wait staff at these places just dont get paid enough for the guff they go through on a daily basis espeically with some of the rudest people out there coming into your store. I could go on forever, suffice to say you have to be a special person to work in a coffee shop, my visor is off to you!

Not me. I only like black plain coffee in the morning, nothing fancy. I don't know how I'd figure out all those blends and stuff. And I've heard customers are horridly rude. Not for me!
