I live in a dorm, and notice, that girls seem to flock to these guys that are not intellegent, drink all the time, and are so obnoxious to be around that I'd rather not be around them.
So what would posess a girl to want that?

I wanted to introduce the fact that this does NOT happen at a party, rather, it seems to happen in the hall, in the dorm.
Why must I step over drunk, passed out people in order to go to the bathroom?

What you forget is that all the girls that flock to the stupid, obnoxious, drunk guys are also probably stupid, obnoxious, drunk girls. They do this mostly because they want to look cool because they have super-low self-esteem.
All the nice, intelligent girls are out doing nice, intelligent things with nice, intelligent people. You just need to find the right crowd to hang out with.
I will go on the record to say that I cannot stand stupid, obnoxious, drunk men. I would rather have my fingernails pulled out one-by-one with a pair of pliers than flock to those kind of guys.

you are in college and you do not understand the words of PARTY place?
Most students who go to school now go for the PARTIES not the education.Sure the yclaim they go for a equality education but the nhow many times do you hear ... University had a frat party busted up and some girl was assaulted or hazing wit hbooze involved.
Every school has this issue and to belief the FEMALES are not into this , you must be leading a VERY SHELTERED LIFE.
I would seek a female who is more in tune with what I liked and forgot those females who just want to ge hammered and be loud and party.

You've got it all wrong...Women hate guys that are stupid, drunk, and most of all obnoxious. Perhaps the women at the dorm hang out with these guys because they are easy targets to scam free drinks and money off of...Think about it.

The women who "go" for guys like that are not really seeing them for what they are, but for what they think they can change them into. Some women aren't really "seeing" the guy as he is at all. Any woman who would stay in a relationship with a man who acted like that is either confused, has low self-esteem or is lying to herself about how the guy really is.

Those are the girls that end up with no education and pushing strollers at a young age... Broke with STD's too.... Probley. SO don't worry about why.... just worry about getting an EDU and in the long run you will end up with a GREAT LIFE.

Apparently they do. They'll BS you on here and tell you that want someone sensitive, caring and with a good sense of humor, but then you go out in the real world and see the more desirable the woman the more likely her boyfriend is a major Ahole. They don't practice what they preach.

I like guys that are there own person. My crush happens to be stupid but I like that about him. His random, stupid, perv sense of humor. But I would not like a guy that gets drunk and high, it is so annoying. Sometimes those guys are considered C.O.O.L.

I agree.. don't be around them. I am thinking that they feel being around these guys means no commitment, free drinks and a fun time with no responsibilities. Believe me they are not looking for marriage with these guys.
