Get the book "Your Pregnancy Week by Week." Every week it shows what the baby looks like and its actual size. It also tells you exactly what is going on with the baby and with your body. It is also written by an OB/GYN so it has very reliable information. I love it, I actually gave up my What to Expect book for this one because it is so much better!

Week 19 E-newsletter: 21 weeks to go
*****************************
Hi! You may become more and more sensitive to smells, and the bad ones can overwhelm you every now and again. Stay on very friendly terms with your refrigerator, so it doesn't offend you with long-forgotten leftovers, turned science projects. Have you come across any smells that send you running to the toilet? An odor you share now could spare someone a future "green" moment.
Tips for other moms
********************
In week 19, we explore:
This Pregnant Body - Inees, outees, and childbirth class
Your Baby - Fingerprints and amniotic fluid
********************
This Pregnant Body
Have you noticed your bellybutton changing? One thing you will notice, if you haven't already, is where you once had an "inee" you now have an "outee"! Your expanding uterus is pressing against your bellybutton and makes it stick out. If you have had an "inee" all your life, seeing your new "outee" will no doubt have you contemplating your navel.
One of the most valuable resources for your birthing experience is a childbirth preparation class. Don't be afraid to ask a prospective childbirth instructor lots of questions when researching which class is right for you. Attending a childbirth class will help you feel more comfortable and in control throughout labor and delivery.
Your Baby
Your baby weighs approximately 7 ounces and is about 5.2 to 6 inches from crown to rump. The exterior layers of skin tissue are developing to form your baby's one-of-a-kind fingerprints. The amniotic fluid that surrounds your baby allows for the free movement of the arms and legs and is also sometimes swallowed to practice digeting
Your Journal Entry
Your baby may one day ask what your life was like while you were pregnant. Make a lasting memory today; write about your pre-pregnancy life and current lifestyle in your personal journal.
********************
A Quote Worth Repeating
"It should go without saying that you should never have more children than you have car windows."
- Erma Bombeck
Tips From Other Moms
Go with your nesting instincts and get your "nest" in order now. Run errands and complete projects you've been meaning to before it's too late. Don't put off projects thinking that you will have time when you are home with the baby the first month or so. You will have more than enough to keep your hands and your days full when baby comes.
Also u can see a picture of ur baby on that website when u get there go to pregnancy newsletter put the weeks in and ull get a picture of ur baby

Your pregancy Week by Week is a great book. You can also go to http://www.babycenter.com . It tells you most of the same stuff. It's awesome!!! I subscribed to the e-newsletter and every week I'd get an email telling me what new things were going on with my baby, like when she was growing arms or when her eyes were developing and her size, etc. It's a great site! Check it out!

The baby looks pretty much like a frail little version of what it will look full term....only around 6" long maybe 6 or 7 ounces. You should be pooching out and noticeably pregnant to those who know you by now. Congrats!
