I second Jost Van Dyke and Foxy's Old Year's Night. It's been named one of the best places to experience New Year's. You could charter a boat from Tortola with crew and sail over. If you do this, though, I would recommend arriving a few days early and anchor in the harbor. The harbor fills up quickly! Oh, and by the way, Hurricane season is from June 1-November 30. No worries!

I would recommend St. Thomas on the US Virgin Islands. It's absolutely beautiful! I have been to many islands, and this is by far my favorite. DEFinatly a great honey-mooner spot. So if you're taking your man, even better! I just went there this summer and the parties are awesome too. You will no doubt find a good new years party over there!
