What is Fuddruckers compared to other Fast foods like Mcdonalds and Burger King? Is it healthier? Is it the same?

I have 25 dollar gift card for fuddruckers here in Buffalo---I know it doesnt answer the question, but I felt like telling everyone

It's a more upscale burger joint than McD or BKing. But not by much. The food's great though.

The food is supposed to be a little better. I think it's more like a Bennigan's/Pizzeria Uno/TGIF's.
I've also heard it's overpriced.
