some do. The one over here does but where my cousin lives doesnt. If they dont you can try Petsmart and even Wal-Mart has them. Also if you go on Petsmart.com you can order a metal one (like the machine gives u) online. Sometimes its cheaper

Yes. I am pretty sure every Petco has one. But, if it doesn't than you can try to go to Wal-Mart.

Yes they do, the machines are really noisy, but good quality tags, which you can chose what you want..like a heart shaped tag, or bone shaped....
