Actually to correct one of the other posters, component is NOT the best picture available. There is a cable out there called HDMI that sends uncompressed sound and video digitally through the cable. You should be spending about $90 for 3 ft of cable for the cheap-o's. the more silver content, the better. The longer you get the more silver you need.

yes i have a sony tv & sterio systems. the picture is a lot clear & the sound is great. the bose speakers dosent hurt eather. make sure if you get some to get the gold tip. they have better connection to the plug in. its a little costly, but if you watch tv like we do. then you will enjoy it even more.

S-video is a higher quality over coaxial. And component video is the best quality available. It makes a difference no matter what brand your product is.
