it depends on the look ur trying to acheive. b4 u do nething why dont get a mild self-taniing lotion to bring out ur natural skin tone. i reccomend Jergens natural glow designed for pale skins tones. after about a week ull notice ur skin is getting darker. i use the medium toned one b/ my skin is naturally darker. after u see wat ur skin looks like try 2 imagine urself with red hair. is it brwnish red u want or Ariel (the little mermaid) red? once u decide u can go for it or go the medium toned lotion and start over. either way im sure ull end up lookin great. good luck!!!

Well i am very fair and have hazel green eyes. Some people have more brown than green. My natural colour is brown. I have always been told that I would look good with blonde hair because my skin is so light. I have never been able to get out of the strawberry blonde phaze when I have tried colouring it both at salon and home. But apparently the red looks very good on me as well. I looked very Irish. The red highlights is something I am consistent with because it does look good. It's just a matter of what your taste is. My advice is just do it, that's the only way you'll know and if you don't like it after a couple of days you can always recolour it. Have fun.

Most people could go some shade of red if they have some sort of red or auburn undertones in their hair. However, especially with blonde hair, I would go to a professional for a consultation. They can recommend if you would look good as a redhead, and make sure that you end up with the right color red, and that the dye won't turn your hair SUPER bright.

I think it would look great! But before you do that, why don't you paint in some coloured highlights? That would look more interesting. Keep your natural blonde as a base, and streak in some strawberry blonde colour and a deeper shade of red ... maybe even go for 3 different shades of red! ooh how exciting! I bet that would look so fabulous on you! (Maybe then I mean "lowlights", as highlights are supposed to be lighter than your own hair colour, right? But you get the picture ... talking of which, if you decided to do it, how about letting us all see? Fun, fun, fun! )

It sounds like you would suit either very well, but red hair may make you more striking. If you do choose to dye your hair then choose a good semi-permanent (either 6-8 or 24 washes) just to check you like it. Also put vaseline around your hairline to prevent your scalp turning red and don't wash your hair for 3 days before dying it otherwise the colour won't be absorbed.

I'd say go for it! I have very pale skin, hazel eyes, and my hair is naturally red and I think it looks pretty good. Worse comes to worse, you can dye it back!

You're young. Sure go have fun. Red will look wonderful on you.
If you're not trying to go for the eccentric look, try just a hint of red that will enhance your natural color. Go to a drugstore or Sally's beauty salon and take a look at some alternatives in the colored hair products section. Sally's can talk to you about some ideas. Don't go darker. You'll look a little scary with that fair skin.

You should not dye your blonde hair on red because the red colour is not very popular this season and when you will want to have your blond hair again it will be very difficult to change the colour of your hair back ....

i would say no. stay with your natural color or maybe go a shade or two darker if your feeling "washed out" . Red hair doesnt usually even look good on people who were born with it. It is not a good look for most people. as a blonde, you can go with alot of different choices and have it still look natural. There are blonde shades with warm tones or cool tones, you can highlight, or lowlight. and it will still look naural. you also need to think about the damage it will cause to your hair. All color will damage your hair to some degree.
